CONCORD PEACE GARDENS GIG

Concord accepted an invitation to perform on the stage set up in the Peace Gardens, Sheffield city centre, on Saturday 12th December as part of the German-style market currently set up there leading up to Christmas.

We presented a mixed repertoire - including a selection of our own favourite songs, mixed with a sprinkling of Christmas music and carols.

The group was joined by Concord AllStars who put on a spirited performance of their own individual routine.

The performance attracted a large crowd of festive shoppers who gave us a warm reception and enjoyed singing along to our music.

Great local "pr" and a bucket collection which raised £76.50 in just over half an hour.

Many thanks to all performers and supporters for an excellent "gig".
